ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between:

And any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") making a purchase on the website https://www.pipelining-discount.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

Any order placed on the Website implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are professional pipe lining and rehabilitation equipment, including: machines, accessories, brushes, chains, resins, cameras, and related equipment.

The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the product offered. These differences cannot be invoked as non-compliance.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the range of products offered on the Site at any time.


ARTICLE 3 – PRICE

Prices are quoted in euros and exclude taxes. Applicable VAT will be added at the time of order confirmation, according to the rate in effect in the country of delivery.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed and will be communicated to the Customer before the order is confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.


ARTICLE 4 – ORDERING
4.1 Placing an order

To place an order, the Customer must:

  1. Select the product(s) and add them to the cart
  2. Check the contents of the shopping cart
  3. Enter your billing and shipping information
  4. Select delivery method
  5. Select payment method
  6. Confirm the order after accepting these Terms and Conditions
4.2 Order confirmation

After validation, the Customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the details of their order. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by the Seller.

4.3 Modification or cancellation

Any request for modification or cancellation must be sent by email to contact@pipelining-discount.comas soon as possible after placing the order. The Seller will make every effort to respond favorably, without guarantee if preparation has already begun.


ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
5.1 Accepted payment methods

Payment for orders can be made by:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via the secure Stripe platform
  • Klarna (installment or deferred payment, subject to eligibility)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
5.2 Payment security

Transactions are secured by the Stripe platform, which is PCI-DSS certified. The Seller never has access to the Customer's full banking details.

5.3 Due date

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The order will only be processed after payment has been received.


ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery areas

The Seller delivers to mainland France, French overseas departments and territories, the European Union, and internationally. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

6.2 Delivery times

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and vary depending on the product:

  • Products in stock: 2 to 7 business days
  • Products made to order or customized: 7 to 90 business days

These delivery times are calculated from the date of payment confirmation and do not include shipping times.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or resulting from force majeure.

6.3 Receipt and verification

Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the package and the products. In the event of a damaged package or missing/defective product, the Customer must:

  1. Make specific and detailed reservations on the carrier's delivery note.
  2. Contact the Seller by email at contact@pipelining-discount.comwithin 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and the products concerned.

If no reservations are made under the conditions and within the time limits mentioned above, the products will be deemed to be in conformity.


ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Professional clients

In accordance with Article L221-3 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals. Sales to professionals are therefore final and definitive.

7.2 Private clients

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, private customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@pipelining-discount.com or by mail to the address of the registered office.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unused, and in perfect condition for resale, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used when placing the order.

7.3 Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized
  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  • Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
8.1 Legal warranty of conformity

In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Seller is required to deliver a product that complies with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from the date of delivery of the goods to consumers.

8.2 Warranty for hidden defects

In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the Seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the product sold that render it unfit for its intended use.

8.3 Return procedure for defective or non-compliant products

In the event of a defective product, damage upon receipt, or non-compliance with the order, the Customer must:

  1. Contact customer service within 48 hours following receipt by email to contact@pipelining-discount.com specifying:
    • The order number
    • Detailed description of the problem
    • Photos of the product and packaging
  2. Wait for the Seller's approval, who will provide the return instructions (prepaid label or reimbursement of shipping costs).
  3. Return the product in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that ensures its protection.
  4. The Seller will proceed, depending on the circumstances and at the Customer's discretion:
    • Replacement of the product with an identical or equivalent product
    • Full refund of the product (purchase price + initial shipping costs + return shipping costs)
8.4 Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized intervention
  • Damage resulting from an accident or negligence
  • Consumables (resins, maintenance products, etc.)

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
9.1 Seller's Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable:

  • Non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike affecting postal and transport services, flooding, fire
  • Indirect damages (loss of revenue, commercial damage, etc.)
  • Content of third-party websites to which hypertext links on the Website refer

In any event, the Seller's liability shall be limited to the amount of the order.

9.2 Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect information.


ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Website (text, images, videos, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or use, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Seller.


ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA
11.1 Collection and processing

The Seller collects personal data necessary for order processing and customer relations, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

11.2 Customer Rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, and transfer their personal data.

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
12.1 Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.

12.2 Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller's customer service department at contact@pipelining-discount.com in the first instance.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, the Customer may use the mediation service offered by the Seller free of charge. The mediator can be contacted via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.


ARTICLE 13 – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. No general or specific conditions communicated by the Customer may be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

13.2 Non-waiver

The fact that the Seller does not invoke a breach by the Customer of any of the obligations under these GTC shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the obligation in question.

13.3 Partial invalidity

If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
